Are you like me? That kind of analytical mind, quite sharp, but totally unable to “see” a thing in your mind?
When I close my eyes and try to visualize something – there is usually that comfy velvet darkness. And some slight flickers and sparks. Images? Vivid colors? HD movies like some folks can easily project on their internal TV screen? No way.
I found it quite hard for me to change that and learn to “see” images (geometrical figures, timeline events, things to “manifest”, the faces of beloved people, or the simple heavy repository box from the Hemi-Sync exercises…) – and the first real successes I had was after using certain brainwave sessions.
So let me ask you a question: what are YOU using to make the internal imagery more vivid (or make it appear at all…) ???
So far I had the best results with the first edition of “OptiMINDzation” from Stephen Pierce (no matter if you like the guy or not…), and some of the Meta-Music editions from the Monroe Institute (like “Breath of Creation”).
But I am still looking for the ultimate tool to crack open the visual capabilities of my mind. Maybe just patience and exercise is needed, but I would love if we could exchange a few ideas what works best for this purpose!
Thanks and happy visualizing! ;-)
