Music for Brainwave Massage

Music for Brainwave Massage

This is one of the CD sets I use on a regular basis. It has no “specific” purpose like many other brainwave sessions. It is a “massage” for your brain, sending you through different states, relaxing, softly tingling, and all woven into above-average “spiritual” music and natural sounds.

Great for beginners, those who are unfamiliar with the deeper concepts of brainwave technology and just want to “try” it and have a good, relaxing, refreshing time.

Which makes it a great gift as well.  Good stuff.

Best Brainwaves for Visualizing?

November 30, 2007

Are you like me? That kind of analytical mind, quite sharp, but totally unable to “see” a thing in your mind?

When I close my eyes and try to visualize something – there is usually that comfy velvet darkness. And some slight flickers and sparks. Images? Vivid colors? HD movies like some folks can easily project on their internal TV screen? No way.

I found it quite hard for me to change that and learn to “see” images (geometrical figures, timeline events, things to “manifest”, the faces of beloved people, or the simple heavy repository box from the Hemi-Sync exercises…) – and the first real successes I had was after using certain brainwave sessions.

So let me ask you a question: what are YOU using to make the internal imagery more vivid (or make it appear at all…) ???

So far I had the best results with the first edition of “OptiMINDzation” from Stephen Pierce (no matter if you like the guy or not…), and some of the Meta-Music editions from the Monroe Institute (like “Breath of Creation”).

But I am still looking for the ultimate tool to crack open the visual capabilities of my mind. Maybe just patience and exercise is needed, but I would love if we could exchange a few ideas what works best for this purpose!

Thanks and happy visualizing! ;-)

The Secret Debunked!

November 20, 2007

Well – of course not. Just a catchy headline… ;-)

Yet: there is too much of half-assed “truth” in “The Secret”, too much hypno-talk of the not-so-nice kind, too much that will mislead (and by failure frustrate) the “average person” that “TheSecret” pretends to help.

The two main problems in short, besides the questionable focus on cars and houses and other “heavy matter”:

  • just “creating” and waiting won’t do. Unless you are a mega-guru who has spent 20 years naked in the snow of the mountains meditating and really becoming aware of the one-ness of all… create, visualize – and then follow the hints. DO. ACT. You have programmed YOUR mind, and maybe a bit of the universe, – but for your own sake: act. Stop the wannabe magic, get real. Or if doing magic: learn. Mature. It is a long way getting your mind up to heights where it can truly shape the universe…
  • second flaw: most people are simply not able to visualize. Or use wrong technics. So their “visualizing” and “manifesting” is plain daydreaming and “wishful thinking”. If you want to create (either by “magic” or – more reliably – by your own deeds), learn how to visualize. Practice. Use mindmachines or brainwave CDs to get you into a “visual” state, if you see nothing but slightly flickering blackness… The power of your visual mind is incredible – but it has to be developed for most of us…

Keep these two in mind when playing with “The Secret”. Will help to avoid the frustration after the one-time “instant enlightenment pill” did not work. And will help you to achieve what you really want.

Back to the headline: Bill Harris, inventor of Holosync, founder of the Centerpointe Institute and one of the featured “teachers” in “The Secret” has written two lengthy (but well worth of your time!) statements in his blog to clear up a few things about the so-called “Secret”, his role in it, and the misleading flaws of this simplistic way of thinking. I do not agree with him in many points (he is no magician, obviously…) – but he got some good ones. Read his insights and thoughts over there, and some more clarifications in the second article.

Stay hungry, stay foolish. Learn, play, create – and be well! :)

Wow, this is an exciting time for me. I am very excited and happy that since I changed the way and on what to think about, the law of attraction has been helping me to attract people of excellent spirit in my life. These people are Kathleen Gage from Streets Smart Marketing, Lorraine Cohen from Powerfull Living, Karen Lynch from Live The Power and as a result from Karen’s introduction, got to know about Aaron’s of Personal development Partners and also Aaron himself…You may ask, what’s the big deal? Hey,this is a big deal for me because I attracted like minded people in my life…and we are all thousands of miles away from each other..now you tell me what is the big deal ) Can you see the trend of things happening already?

I can’t tell you how exactly the work is done, just like I can’t tell you how an apple seed can grow from the ground and turn into an apple tree and having many more apple seeds inside an apple, I only know that I threw in some seeds on the ground,(willing to invest in tools and materials) water it well, add fertilizers or nutrients ( use the tools and materials to the fullest) take care of it and make sure the worms do not eat up my apples..(choose my thoughts), and viola! now I am experiencing and seeing many apples ready for harvesting. Notice that there are some work to be done before the harvesting?

I always believe that everything has a cause and effect result, and also the COST and AFFECT result. The cost is – ” Are you paying a high cost for the actions you take or do not take?” and the affect result -” How does the action you have CHOSEN or have Not Chosen affect you?”

Taking responsibility for our own actions is a common instruction from coaches and teachers. But sometimes, even though we want to take the correct action, we are sometimes very confused, and also don’t know why, what, when and how to take these action that will help us to catapult our progress in life. That’s when we need help, tools and coaching from a good source. How does the law of attraction started to work positively on my behalf? Seriously, I don’t know, I only know that the tools that I have been using and the time spent on them are helping me and that is enough for me.

Thank you for reading this far my friend…below is a video and an article written by Lorraine Cohen from Powerfull Living. Enjoy the the article and video )

Creating A Vision – Bringing Your Dreams Into Reality
by Lorraine Cohen

Do you have some goals you want to achieve or dreams you want to fulfill? A useful tool in reaching the outcomes you desire is the creation of a vision, which can be short or long-term. I recommend writing down specifics to add clarity and focus.

What is a vision?

Here’s one definition by Thomas Leonard.
“It is a state or outcome that a person can see naturally and that inspires them. In other words, they are drawn, attracted, and pulled toward what they see. It’s exciting, and there is very little emotional cost. In fact, joy is often present. It’s not a reason for living.” Visions evolve and change over time reflecting who you are – your passions, values, needs, and desires.

*Visions evolve and change over time reflecting who you are – your passions, values, needs, desires etc.*

Powerful Visioning

Written as a story, single sentences, drawn as a picture, a collage… visions can take whatever shape is most meaningful to you. The point? Here’s a few….

1. How do you know what you want if you don’t define it?
2. How will you know when you get there if you don’t know where there is?
3. By putting things down on paper, makes what you think or say – REAL.
4. Saying and seeing what you truly want in your life opens you up to HAVING it!
5. Allows you to step back and view your life from a fresh or new perspective.
6. Creates hope and possibility.
7. Compels you to MOVE and get what you want!

Questions that evoke clarity in creating a vision:

* What do you truly want to experience or accomplish this year for yourself, personally and professionally?
* Where do you want to see your life a year from now?
* What do you want to change/add/eliminate in your life?
* If money was not an issue, what would you be doing?
* What brings you joy? Makes your heart sing?
* Describe your perfect life

The World Sees Me As Rich

I’m a believer in working with visioning and clear intentions for creating power-full outcomes. Imagine yourself on the 31st day of December looking back over this past year. What changes do you want to see? What challenges have you overcome? What are you most proud of having accomplished? Who have you become? Ready to make a 100-day commitment to get what you want?

Three steps to creating a powerful vision

1.First, create a clear vision/intention. It’s important to get a clear vision of the outcome you want. Be specific about what you really, really, want! Write about it and share it with supportive people. Give voice to your vision.

2. Second, create an inspiring connection. Take five minutes per day to open your heart and mind to focus on your vision feeling the joy of that vision already fulfilled. Isn’t it worth five minutes a day to get what you want? Set a regular time each day to envision the outcome you want and to feel the joy of it. Make this a daily ritual. Consciously revisit the intention of your vision throughout the day to keep the energy flowing.

3. The third step – take meaningful action. Vision and connection without action is just a great idea. Identify 5 actions that will move you closer to living your vision. As you complete each step, celebrate your wins and continue to add the next action steps that keep invested in the process of attracting and achieving the desired outcome.

* Remember to celebrate along the way!

Note: Creating a vision, making a connection, and taking action will be dramatically affected if you are sabotaging your success!

Here’s an example of how self-sabotage can impact the success of your vision/intention:

1. Your vision is to have more personal time. You create a vision of what that would look like (reading more, having free time, an exercise regime, leaving work earlier, delegating more tasks, setting boundaries with others, etc).

2. Your self-defeating beliefs (what you think) may be – what your role is for others, needing to please people for approval and/or love, being self-ish etc.

3. Your self-defeating behaviors (what you do) may be – inability to say no, difficulty in setting and reinforcing boundaries, trying to take care of everybody, doing it ALL, etc.

To change a behavior, you must first change your attitude. That can be part of your vision – changing/replacing a self-defeating/limiting belief.
